Using scalp trading in a bear market and directionless market

Scalp trading (or scalping) is a style of rapid day trading. The goal is to profit off of a stock’s small movements. Trades often last from seconds to minutes. Profits and losses usually range from couple cents per share.

When the market is directionless or flat, one of the strategies to profit from this market is through scalping. A small move with large enough position size that maximize a profit. This little win can still add up eventually.
